CCA's Educational Programs
To extend the learning from our award-winning public service announcements, Concerned Children's Advertisers develops and produces comprehensive educational programs for children in kindergarten to grade eight. Long Live Kids teaches kids to "eat smart, move more and be media wise," to create a healthy, balanced lifestyle and TV&ME helps children learn to be "media and life wise."
Professionals love our educational programs because they are available free-of-charge, in English and French, to educators, community and health workers, and are aligned to provincial curricula, making them easy to fit into classroom work. Parents love the effective tips and tools for use with their kids. Children love to build on the ideas and energy they are familiar with from our popular PSAs.
Our partners on both our educational programs include:
- The Canadian Teachers' Federation;
- The Canadian Association of Principals;
- Canadian Home and School Federation; and
- Kids Help Phone.
TV&ME and Long Live Kids are both recommended resources in school boards across the country.
